This site is run by Global Outsource Solutions (GOS), a sole operator business run by Greg Armstrong. It is a small site and it collects as little as it can.
What the contact form collects
If you send a message, the form collects your name, your email address, an optional business name or website, and whatever you write in the message field. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else. It is never sold, rented or shared for marketing.
Messages are delivered by Twilio SendGrid, which processes the message in order to send it, and then arrive in an email inbox where they are kept until they are no longer needed. If you would like your message deleted, ask and it will be.
Spam protection
The form uses hidden checks and Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile sees your IP address and some basic browser signals in order to make that judgement. It does not track you across other websites and it does not set advertising cookies.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address, which is anonymised before storage, along with basic details like your browser, device and rough location.
It is used to understand how the site is doing, nothing more. There is no advertising on this site, no remarketing, no advertising cookies, and no data is sold or shared with advertisers.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, analytics is not loaded at all. You can also block it with any content blocker, or opt out across all sites using Google’s browser add on. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
WordPress may also set a session cookie if you log in to administer the site, which applies to me and not to you.
Hosting and logs
The site runs on a server in Sydney and sits behind Cloudflare, which acts as a proxy and a content delivery network. Both keep standard access logs that include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. Cloudflare’s privacy policy is linked above.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact form and it will be handled. This site follows the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
